Always has been

Good ol’ greenwashing

It’s called fraud. Luckily the criminals are incorporated, therefore the state will protect them.

Anything that isn’t a government-regulated term or backed up by a trusted third-party organization is marketing.

Newsflash, it’s “marketing terms” all the way down. Always has been. ☝🏼

I don’t believe any of it now

once we were implored to use plastic to save the trees

told that computers would make us a paperless society and would save the trees

margarine was healthy and butter was bad

etc etc

we’re never told that having big houses and doing renovations is bad for the environment

how is replacing every window in the country with double glazing better than people wearing jumpers inside

etc etc
