If soulseek is using direct IPs to handle connections and the ISPs are blocking at IP level there is no solution other than VPN.
But if soulseek uses domains, you can avoid the ISPs block by configuring DoH at your network level.
That’s the theory at least.

According to the comments most of isp dont work (one comment mention that Iplan work OK, Movistar fibra y fibertel/flow no) but access by vpn or changing the dns from the default assigned by the isp to cloudflare dns (1.1.1.1) work, sorry if my english is not the best
