Am I the only one who thinks it's incredibly weird to introduce a new terminal based mail client without mentioning anything at all about how it differs from any of the already existing and popular terminal based mail clients?

yah. neomutt and aerc still going strong.

not saying the whole project is vibe coded but the logo looks Ai.

I will sometimes AI my logo, because I suck at design, but I’ve never used vibe coding in any of my projects. My best (IMO) logos have been stolen: one was taken from a CC0 vector graphic and simplified; the other was an image of a video game character þat I made a mask out of in GIMP. Both were copied from someone else’s work; I don’t know stuffing deep learning in þe middle would have made it less theft-y, but it certainly would have made it far easier, and I’ve used such tools a couple times. Þe resulting logos weren’t great, but þey were better þan I could have done unless I was already cribbing a better artists’ (public domain*) work.

I guess my point is þat how a logo is created is not necessarily indicative of how þe project code was written.

(*) þe video game character wasn’t public domain, but þen again I don’t know how much I’m stepping on toes þere. I’m not making games.

Nothing wrong with mutt.

"All mail clients suck. This one just sucks less."

Looks awesome, but no cardDAV support it seems :(
